It is a data aggregator that doesn't verify its sources. It collects random pieces of data from various sources and then publishes them without any verification as to the data's accuracy or validity.

Funny thing is the data you cite is from 2019 from another data aggregator. Generally speaking, it is crap stuff that plagues the internet with insipid pop-ups.
