Recruiting HS kids is not the major key to winning

If you watched last nights hoops final, the fact that Meechigan's starting 5 were all purchased players by UM. 4 of 5 played elsewhere last season. One can recruit several top HS players and they cannot compete in the limelight with 23 year olds being paid well by Barstool or any booster group. Same goes for football. 18 vs 23 as an age/experience factor is a no brainer.
The cure. Congress working on antitrust legislation. A kid getting 800 thousand to shoot a college jumper is wrong. The concept of the Student-Athlete is dead on the big stage of TV and championships. Has the NCAA laid off workers under DOGE? Why not. Uselessness is all around athletic oversight.
