It's a downer that he had to take an injury redshirt last year. I really thought he was on the verge of breaking out and becoming a true WR1. With CJ Carr as his QB, that would have been a golden opportunity.
Even if he doesn't make it in the pros, though, he'll have his Notre Dame degree, and quite an extensive network of job opportunities, whether they be related to athletics or not.
I'm happy for the man, that he's going to experience the sheer joys (and pains) of fatherhood, and he'll be quite capable of taking care of his family, regardless of his career path.
