If colleges disassociate with the current bs and state they are going back to true student athlete competition with players that play because they want to, not for NIL $$, and are returning to the old bowl system….or at most 4 team playoff.

Perhaps some form of official NFL minor league develops and the college game looses out on some top players. But even if they happens, I think many come back eventually because I think the fans will stay with the college teams, not the minor league teams. And as in MLB, the vast majority of minor leaguers make jack.
