If mailing in ballots is legal and so is filing a lawsuit to question the validity of the mailed in ballots, neither action should bother you.
And I believe our judicial system is where such disputes should be heard.

Look. Casting a vote is simple. If someone is too stupid to be able to essentially add 2 and 2, maybe their vote shouldn't count. This isn't a case of asking black voters who the vice president in 1827 was.

Biden needs to make a national voting rights bill a priority.

Good catch, Dim.
Your ilk wants to hold voters to a rigorous demanding "no exceptions" standard in filling out their return envelopes, .... but when it comes to the handling of highly classified intelligence documents, then folks can do whatever makes them happy.
We think they are perfectly capable of obtaining an ID and filling out a form. They may even know how to tell what the date is.
That was Trump's mantra months before the 2020 election .. because demographically, more Democrats take advantage of mail in voting.
Read the complaint above in my reply to Lance Manion.
"Pennsylvania’s plan is to not count undated mail-in ballots (ballots that are missing a handwritten date next to the voter declaration signature on the outer ballot envelope) and wrongly dated mail-in ballots (ballots that are timely cast and valid but have an incorrect date, such as the voter’s birthday, on their outer return envelopes) in the upcoming the 2022 midterm elections. The plaintiffs allege that Pennsylvania’s plan to not count these valid and timely cast ballots that either fail to include a date or bear an incorrect date violates the Materiality Provision of the Civil Rights Act, which prohibits denying the right to vote for reasons that are unrelated to a voter’s eligibility. The plaintiffs ask the court to prohibit Pennsylvania election officials from rejecting undated or wrongly dated mail-in ballots."
my ilk wants to eliminate all mail-in ballots. the system is fraught with fraud and is a key ingredient to liberal cheating. if you can't do a legitimate absentee ballot or get your sorry ass to the polling venue, then you should not be counted.
They can’t write a date on a ballot? Really? Maybe you should check your privilege?
Undoubtedly, they will figure out that associating with your ilk is counterproductive, like Hispanic Americans already are.
I have been very consistent that voting should be user friendly for all Americans, and not an obstacle course or standardized test.
White, Black, Hispanic, old, young, college educated, high school drop out, healthy, disabled, -- people make minor mistakes on mail in ballots -- that ought not be consequential to having the voice heard.
The GOP effort is a calculated one. They know from prior elections, that more Democrats use mail in ballots than Republicans. Hence, the calculated effort to snuff out as many mail in ballots as possible, for ticky tack mistakes.

if conservatives resorted to the same ignominious mail-in cheating the libs think is their right, the vote count would exceed 600,000,000.

Pathetic.
But why do I think you are just hoping to enforce the law based on the political party of the defendants?

At least you are honest in your hatred of the rule of law.
Now take Trump's facts. Apply them to Sgt Fazid.
The rule of law does not play favorites. Yet, in your world, you believe the rule of law should never apply to Donald Trump. Why? Because you surrendered your intellectual honesty a long time ago.
If Trump is indicted, it will be further evidence that the rule of law is dead, and we are a banana republic.
You're as much of a doofus as Cole - but we already knew that.
These cases need to be vigorously investigated and safeguards must be put in place so that nobody can doubt the security of the process.
there isn't voter fraud - but you and your nutties continue to gear the conversation to voter fraud is rampant because if anyone is
fraudulently voting, it's republicans. If anyone is trying to control the vote it's republicans. Just ask Trump for his 11K votes.
Common sense reforms to eliminate vote harvesting and abuse of the mail-in process by any group are the obvious answer.
