First and foremost Merrick Garland is at fault for putting a partisan Republican in charge of investigating biden. Secondly, they made a terrible mistake not putting the transcript out as soon as possible to refute Hur.
It was clear her had partisan objectives by releasing publicly that Biden was a weak, frail old man with a poor memory but in a testimony claimed the man had a photographic memory.
