For example if you will recall, I defended McConnell not giving Garland a hearing and I really like Merrick, and thought he was an excellent judge. But politics are politics. The D’s would have done the same thing there and the R’s are doing it with the filibuster.

Not that this is funny, but there was a gentleman who wrote copy for the Southern Poverty Law Center
who was white and decided he wanted to be a teacher, if I remember correctly. He moved to Oakland. I believe in the first week there, he went out walking in the hood, because, hey, he was down with the cause. Yet again, the cause was not down with him, and a fella shot him in the head at point blank range for the heck of it. I would bet dollars to donuts that the tweeter above falls into that same category.
