-ed to the scene".
Kind of changes the narrative a little bit, doesn't it? Still there never should have been hand cuffs applied. But nonetheless, it changes the situation a bit. I am familiar with that neighborhood - it has a lot of crime.
The officers did take the handcuffs off almost immediately and apologized after the realtor identified himself.
They have a tough job. I don't think it was racially motivated. We also are not informed as to whether the neighbor who reported the incident if AA or if the police officers were. The odds of profiling are a lot less if that is the case. of course, that would ruin CNN's narrative.
in this regrettable event...although it seems as though they could have held off on the handcuffs while verifying the realtor's story.
What lingers in the air, however, is the neighbor's phone call to the police...it would be nearly unthinkable for the reported event to have occurred had the subjects been white. Most of us have bought and sold homes and witnessed realtors with clients coming and going all the time...no one calls the police. What happened here is not an advert for racial equality...I'm saddened for the effect it has to have had on the prospective buyer's son...even if the neighbor just overreacted, he/she should offer their own apology for what transpired...if only to help ease the pain.

The system by which we detect systemic racism will itself be found to be systemically racist. Watch.
the person that made the call, perhaps you should back off suggesting they owe anyone an apology. Of course, that not your style. You are always looking to
put Whitey in the worst possible light u can. Phony
wrong...even a simple "sorry about that" could help....and why can't you find it in your heart to sympathize with the son of the prospective buyer, and the lifelong memory he'll have of that event?...
While you don't see it, even the oft referenced Coleman Hughes acknowledges that "Racism of the heart" definitely exists in this country.

Undoubtedly you think this is a sign of systemic racism since we never read articles about white folks having the police show up like that. It must never happen, right?
