That's not exactly what the article states. He says he "has no recollection of the conversation"
but does admit to talking to HRC about using a personal email account as he had done "which would vastly improve communications within the State Dept.". He even recalls an email he sent her on the subject. He states "her people are trying to pin this on me". but in the end, he does admit to instructing HRC to use a personal email account. If you have any real objection it should be to the time-line of the conversation between the two on said subject.
You're only posting half of the facts here - why is it you cannot get the whole set of facts across in your posts?
