If you read the WSJ with any consistency, you'd know they have been plenty critical of Trump, both during the campaign and post-election. At one point they even suggested he step aside and let Pence lead the ticket. They have also been supportive on such things as the focus on jobs, reducing regulation, tax policy, Gorsuch, etc. But in no way could you read their opinions and conclude he won them over.

I've said before, it's probable Trump has made it his mission to work on only international policy (making money for his family) while Pence would work on domestic policy/issues - neither of which I agree with. I think Pence akin to Satan where Trump is a bumbling Court Jester and the complete asshole.
