a misdirection of misinformation is put out there by the GOP?

Nunes just outed himself as a lightweight's lightweight.
....say it's absolutely devastating. No details, but three people claim to have been told about some of it, and they are now unanimous in their belief that this might actually bring down the administration.
One is a former NSA guy I know; two others are former spooks I follow on Twitter but have never met. Both have good sources and are generally right.
And last night all three were flabbergasted. One tossed the old WWII acronym "fubar" around.
So, take it for whatever it's worth. But it got my attention.
And now new leaking is beginning....

falls right in line with liberal dogma. "We're smarter than you, so just vote for us and we'll take care of you." HC's facts were released to the public, who really cares by whom, and liberals are upset that the truth was revealed. So, instead of just admitting their candidate was a liar who thought she deserved the presidency, they want to blame the Russians for "tricking" all those stupid voters. As I learned in Sunday School, if you don't want to read about it on the front page of the NYT, then don't do it.

is the players on the field. Nunes is part of the Trump admin and will work tirelessly to back him up so I greet with much skepticism his words and intent. As for this possibly bringing down this admin - great but what will be there when it comes tumbling down? I for one am equally afraid of a Pence admin.
What could possibly be there that hasn't been put to the light already? I mean, Trump appears to be a true Teflon character. He's been shown to be both a misogynist and liar many times over and not a scratch - he's been shown to be a bigot and one who hates the less fortunate and not a scratch - and the list goes on yet like a phoenix he rises out of the flames that would bring down all others. How is he even possible let alone fictional?
Your friend "former NSA". The fact he's putting this crap on the internet means that he's either a liar, or he's incredibly unprofessional and likely has fellow sympathetic anti-Trump buds still in govt employment who are illegally leaking their info to him.
I do take this nonspecific info for what it is worth - which is nothing.
We now know that there is truth to at least some of what Trump claimed in his tweet.
The lib media is outraged that Nunes took this to the public. I suppose the GOP was supposed to sit quietly for years while this investigation quietly eroded Trump's presidency all the while the left (and friends like yours on the internet) continue to selectively leak negative news. I love that they GOP is starting to learn and play by the Dems own rules.
FWIW, I have little doubt that Manafort has Russian ties, but i will be very surprised if there is any evidence of illegal activity. It also doesn't matter very much given that Trump didn't like manafort & fired him in August to bring in Kelly Anne Conway.

-thus, your post implies that info was passed on to him from contacts he retains in the govt.
If no information was disseminated to him, you would not be posting now (unless of course he is making it up).
But he has shared none of it.
And, for the record, he's a former co-worker more than a friend. We don't keep in touch beyond Twitter. But I can tell you the guy is a right-winger, and no fan of Hillary.

unfun.
And then try to exploit your lack of humor with stupid follow up posts.

If there's one thing in this life I wish I could change, it would be to adjust my sense of humor to suit guys like you who have what I think we all could agree is a keen, keen sense of humor. Many is the time you've had me rolling on the floor with your zingers and funny observations about life. I was reminded of it the other day when I stubbed my toe. I thought, "Gee, this feels just like when Jim makes a funny on the UHND Open Forum." And I giggled and went on my way with a shrug of the shoulders.
