After 8 years of turtling, the economy peaks out of it's cave the minute Obama leaves, and Trump comes in. How odd.
"Consumer confidence has taken off since the election of President Donald Trump, on the prospect of lower taxes and more infrastructure spending."

there will at least be a big difference from Obama's spending: with Trump's spending, we will end up with something tangible, necessary, and long overdue - new roads/bridges/airports/etc. while with Obama's Stimulus package, we got nothing at all.
We have to spend on infrastructure anyway. At least a guy interested in negotiating govt contracts for better deals is in place.

Why can't you bring tyourself to give credit where it's due Frank? Too obsessed with hatred?
TN never had anything 1/10th as impressive as this economic indicator under Obama, ever.
Don't worry I will find some of your interesting responses to him in the archives to prove it as well as your hypocrisy on the "hatred". How many negative posts would you say you averaged a week on Obama since you started here? You helped write the book on message board hatred of a prez. Yet you have the nads to bring that up as a subject. Just like you never posted any frothing posts about Obama. Just like you never called TN out for the same fawning shilling you now do all the time. Pathetic.
For you, it's deeply personal.
I'd have a beer with Obama or Trump. You would not with Trump.
shameless.
Obama is clearly a bottom...
