Tim Ryan was taking aim on Don Lemon's show tonight.
He is correct about Pelosi's vile perception, of course. But he seems to think that words alone are going to win back a midwestern population that doesn't trust their words anymore.
Why make such an issue about any of these special election races? They are ALL safe R districts. Take your shot but keep it low key. Instead they hand the R's a victory lap for retaining districts that they should NEVER even with Trump be in danger of losing.
Just dumb.

Pelosi has exactly expressed your views for a long time. As a result, she is strongly associated with those views.
Those views specifically are what the public doesn't like outside of the coasts and where weed is legal (I put that little tip of the cap in for you in Colorado :) )
Why is Obama very popular nationally and Pelosi very unpopular nationally?
Trump ran as individual, not conservative principles.
The reality is Pelosi is very unpopular outside of California...and the threat of her regaining the house (as opposed to a Democrat that the masses don't fear) is an effective tool for your side. She needs to be replaced.
