Perhaps they'll get smart and push through the most popular items on their bases' wish lists one by one.
You have to wrap as much as possible into monstrous bills because you only have a couple chances in the reconciliation process. I’m not sure if that is an accurate take.
I agree with you that it would be better to break these things up into more digestible pieces.
There are items that the two parties could agree upon but the Dems wanted to squeeze through stuff that could never pass on its own merits.
