Would the vitriol from the left be as vicious?
It's this totally incompetent Orange moron.

I suspect that golfernot hates Pete Carroll as well.
Rubio is ok in my book. I think we're done with the Bush's.

Can’t believe that this freak has the balls to comment on the appearance of others.
pray a little harder
also, especially regarding immigration and trade.

isolationism, and protectionism. Jeb would not have those policies. For that reason, if he did the tax cuts and deregulation there wouldn’t be the outcry. Opposition yes, but nothing like this. Plus Orange is a divisive, chaotic, narcissist, completely unsuited for the job.
His base is primarily nervous about the myriad impacts of globalization.
Funny thing is, these were Democrat party concerns for years, mostly on the part of our blue color community, ie., the deplorables who the coastal elites now disdain.

They provide him with his direction. That was true of Hitler as well... and all populist demagogues. They try out a line and if they get crowd approval they amplify it and repeat it.
But, I do think he wants to make America better, and his business experience drives a lot of how he interacts with other countries. I see him doing things that my international clients do with other multi-national businesses all the time in negotiations. He does want good deals. That is one of his values that he runs with. Of course, that is a common sense thing that appeals to the populace. It is something you learn by living, not by going to school. It resonates.

And he was considered an Islamophobe until he was accused of cozying up to the
Saudis.
nothing stands in his way, even his beliefs.
Xenophobia is defined by dictionary.com as "fear or hatred of foreigners, people from different cultures, or strangers."
Trump loves foreign women, we know that. I see nothing that indicates that he is a xenophobe.
I suppose that there is the "strong borders" thing, but that seems pretty silly, since that makes Canada and Mexico more xenophobic than we are...unless that is your position, that countries like Canada and Mexico are xenophobic because they have tough immigration laws.
I know there was his comment about the Mexican-American judge in Indiana. That actually doesn't seem xenophobic, though. The guy was an American, after all. Not sure he lived by the rules of a different culture.
Anything else? (Please don't punt by providing a link. I want to know what you think. What are his most xenophobic acts? Just pick 3 of them.)
First, he is a xenophobe.
Second, he is just using xenophobia to score political points.
See: Mexicans-as-rapists, constant immigration fearmongering, MS-13 obsession, Muslim ban (not a ban!), decreased acceptance of refugees, "shithole countries," and most of all, of course, family separation as a method of deterring immigration.
That is off the top of my head in about 13 seconds.
cut the numbers of even legal immigrants, and refugees.
There’s much more, but those came to mind in less than 30 seconds.
That doesn't make me a xenophobe. I don't hate or fear those people because they live in a shithole. In fact, most of the people are pretty great.
about immigrants coming here from those nations like Orange?
Thought not.
