Tough talk from D's as always.
Shouts of impeachment echoed across the country for two years and now, not whether he can or will be impeached but, when he's finished shredding this country and raking in untold riches for his crime family - Oh, he's gonna see jail time.
Give me a fucking break. Schumer, Obama and others have talked the talk for almost a full decade and now Schiff with more of the same; inaction, weakness and inertia permeates the D party and that's why an asshole like Trump can be the US president.

The damage it would do (and he would do) to the country would be immense.
As I said the other day, the best-case scenario is a 50-state rebuke in 2020 following the Mueller report.
the better the chance of this happening imo.
Someone in Obama's campaign was facing jail time, but they obviously waived it when the Obama campaign made the record fine payment. Do you think they would give Trump and his employees the same benefit of the doubt?...you know, because we are a nation of laws and fairness? Just curious what you think.

Jail time and finable offenses for both (assuming Trump's acts were illegal); Obama given fine (record fine) with no impeachment; but some people here argue that Trump should get impeached. So, yeah, they are different apparently.
Obama knew nothing about what happened there. Orange directed the hush money payment which he then lied about.

Trump will run again, if only to prevent being indicted. Should he lose, the day before the new President is sworn in Trump would resign, making Pence the President (for one day), and Pence would pardon Trump before the new President is sworn in.
Easy peasy, scot-free cheesie.
Political suicide.

Pence has done a remarkable job of staying above the fray. Very little of the stink has settled on him, IMO. He could certainly successfully run for Senate in Indiana (for example).
I'm not sure VPs see becoming a Senator to be the next step in their political careers after being a VP. I could be wrong on that though.

But your only hope for impeachment is a bombshell from Mueller, IMO. Like, a giant bombshell. Payments to Stormy ain't going to cut it.

Though not the same, a president has already been impeached and another resigned in the face of impeachment and no disaster.
I cannot imagine the mess two years from today. Assuming he hasn't gotten us nuked before then.
your share.

It takes an ego of the largest order to believe you are the best person to, in some way, run the country.
But the GOP has to learn from this, and purge Trumpism from its ranks. It has to suffer the greatest defeat in living memory...and then - quickly - start rebuilding, because unchecked power in the hands of Democrats will also lead to problems.

and corruption - what benefits them personally over the citizen.
And yes, unchecked power in anyone’s hands leads to corruption, but in the least - st this time, D’s care somewhat about this country and those who live here.
How did BO get rich? He was president is the answer.
to extort money for his personal gain - on the other hand, Trump is doing just that. He's using the office to create enormous wealth for his crime family and he's laughing at you and your buddy supporters all the way to Deutsche Bank with truck loads of dollars.
As for more D's than R's in charge of corps is something you and I can never know. It's not a fact that is available to anyone - It's something you just invented -
