This is the other shoe dropping after the defunding.
The SCOTUS will uphold this given the new make up as well as Roberts clear criteria regarding his vote.
Obama foisted this utter disaster upon us all. Prices have doubled to tripled depending on whether you work for a large or small business. Ideally, it would be best to go back to the great healthcare system we used to have, but that is now gone. Time for an overhaul. Nancy will have to learn what compromise really means rather than shutting her opponents out of the planning meetings. McConnell will need to compromise as well. The end product will never be as good as the old medical system that Obama trashed, but it be better than the present turd called ObamaCare.
What pain there is during the changeover is all on the Dems who pushed this on us and then pretended, that it is just too big to change now. But remember as the MSM squeals how few people actually ever signed up for Obamacare -even with hundreds of millions of dollars in advertising and phone calls.
Another great reason to have voted for Trump. He promised to unshackle us from the ACA, and he has done so as the American voter wanted. Yet another promise kept.
Keep focusing on Stormy Daniels Dems. By the time you lose that battle, Trump will likely even get his wall.

And it is going to be a thorn in the side of the GOP in 2020.
My dream of a 50-state rebuke of Trumpism just got one step closer.

Of course it must be replaced. It has Obama's name on it. End of discussion.
Compromise is just around the corner.

Nancy Pelosi could not describe prior to enactment. But the guy who worked on it under Obama knew he could fool the American people, he even said so.
They had eight years to figure out how to undevastate us, and two years to do it.

I mean, if you want to exploit a tragedy for political purposes you must play the identity bigotry card.

This judge’s ruling holds....at least in those states until it is appealed up to the SCOTUS......and with Gorsuch and Kavanaugh along with Roberts clear expression of his previous opinion, the outcome is not in doubt.
I saw Obama came out with an urgent message to get more sign ups - and I recognize your repeat of the MSM message to try to avoid panic in the liberal ranks. But the sign ups have been a disaster for 3 years now, and it is too late anyways.
I am overjoyed that we can finally gut this turkey and hopefully substitute something at least partially functional. But no, it will never be as good as the system Obama already ruined.
This will go to the Supremes before it is decided and the Roberts’ Court will find a way to keep it going. Nothing would be worse for the country than for Obamacare to be struck down. The Dems would sweep the next election and impose socialized medicine on all, except of course for the elites.
a Silver Plan. I will call and cancel and look elsewhere.
Many here don’t feel it as much because they get their insurance charges are blunted through large employers who get a break over small businesses - but even they are paying a lot more for much less care.
Healthcare needs to be overhauled from the start by people not named Ezekiel Emmanuel.
How procedures are billed, who can bill them, EMR requirements, pharma price reform - the conversation needs to start immediately
Controlled immigration is part of the solution to making the cost tolerable as well since we simply cannot afford universal coverage while simultaneously allowing unfettered influx - despite all of the votes it brings to the Dems.
It’s simple math, and it’s not really debatable. As set up now, the system is already buckling under its costs.
Reverting to an open market where rules and regs don’t discourage small offices from popping up to offer competitively priced alternatives for care as well as quality (for example seeing a private board certified doctor who knows you rather than getting an under trained nurse practitioner on a Skype visit with no physical exam).
Such a system as it used to be would also get the visits out of the hands of the ultra aggressive hospital billing departments who are are rewarded for aggressive and novel ways of “capturing more of the charges”.

You're an insular lickspittle. Look it up.
You know nothing about the supply and demand for primary healthcare in the United States.

Nice spin on "fucking it up beyond belief with no replacement" as somehow doing what was necessary.
