First, he's bragged about always being armed. He is a loose cannon.
But more importantly, I’m guessing they wanted to get him before he could destroy any more evidence.
And most importantly, fuck that greasy snake.
snake” stems purely from his politics. At the same time you say this, you would consider it a great honor to be able to sit down to a dinner at John Podesta’s House. Same animal, different tribe. You are so in the bag, you can’t see it.
You're putting on a Team Stone jersey? Really? That's the team you want to be on?
The guy has all the marks of a slimeball. This is a guy you want to back?
Being perpetrated by a freaking US Special Counsel with the blessing of the Left and the cooperation of the media.
As with Manafort who I also suspected was guilty of various things, I thought his treatment was unconstitutional.
This isn’t about Stone. I think he and Podesta are birds of a feather. This is about due process.
However, I see no egregious due process issues.

Based on your biases.
If you had similar words for people in equivalent roles on both sides, you would still be wrong, but you would have more credibility. But you have nothing but respect and words of defense for similar Dem people like John Podesta.
You guys and obviously Mueller are over the top. You’re filled with hate.

In the public’s eye. And after all, this IS a political investigation.
Not how it works.

by acting like Stone is a threat.
In other words, it is a prosecutorial tactic.

Prosecutors have many reasons for the differing versions of "The Perp Walk." One of the most notorious was in New York when the prosecutor for the Southern District of New York arrested over a dozen bank employees of Abicus Bank in Chinatown. This was an outrageous attempt by Cyrus Vance Jr. to show he was getting tough on banks. Abicus was a relatively small bank and some of those who were doing the walk were already on bail. The photos of these bank employees, most of them middle aged or older, Chinese people shackled together drew howls of outrage and laughter. Of all the banks and investment firms in NYC, Abicus is the only one Vance went after. The trial cost millions and ended up with the bank and it's officers being found not guilty. For a time, however, Vance was able to strut around saying he was going after the big financial institutions. Sadly, for Cyrus, his tough guy stance made him look like a fool.
