They should have ignored him when they won the House, let him be the windbag that he is. Yet Dems can't resist his every tweet and respond with grade school tantrums.
Voters are inured to the accusations against Trump. They know he is a liar, but he is their liar, he's been in their homes on television for years. None of the current opposition candidates have a single battle cry that rings with the electorate. When I hear the Dem candidates I feel like I am watching a Charlie Brown episode and the teacher is talking. For cough you dumb asses. Build a platform beyond defeating Trump and sell it to us. But, they won't.

And no Democrat running has the kind of negative ratings as high as Hillary.
Trump’s approval rating stands at 39% in Texas. Think about that. And if only MI, PA and WI flip, Trump loses.
Things have to shift dramatically for Trump to win.
Since WWI, sitting Presidents are 11 for 11 when seeking reelection and an economy not in recession.
....are you taking your MSM polls over the economy?
Heheh.

He just made that up to appear he and you have a smart secret when you actually don’t. You’re full of bullshit.
Ceramics is in room 308 down the hall.
Generally, I agree that the Democrats are prone to keep feeding the monster vs ignoring him.
Pelosi has wisely taken the latter course. Democrats won the House back in convincing fashion in 2018 on a platform of kitchen table issues. Many say that is the winning formula for 2020. Don’t make it about Trump. Make it about the voters.
But, an oath is an oath is an oath.
See Washington Post OpEd below authored by 7 freshmen from the 2018 class.
I like Pelosi and marvel at the job she's done over the years but in the case of impeachment she has been wrong headed about the issue
for a long time. Schiff too.
The election should be about what the voters want and Warren, Sanders and Buttigieg have been able to direct their attention to those
needs but they can also walk and chew gum at the same time - at least they will have to continue to do so. Impeachment should have been attacked a long time ago and it would
be over with in Congress by now so the focus could be more singular, with Trump seen as corrupt and found guilty of being so even if not by
the Senate. This would go a long way to taint the view of his presidency ala Clinton (even though he wasn't running again, Gore was)
and the now D candidates would be somewhat clear of his disastrous presidency as an open book. They could concentrate
on the election itself instead of now having to deal with his issues on the campaign trail too.
