What have you done to reduce your carbon footprint? Here’s what I’ve done...
- My House has a 32 panel solar and power wall home energy storage system.
- I’ve replaced all of my windows to a more energy efficient window.
- My House was painted with Texcoat cool wall exterior paint.
- I replaced my entire HVAC system with a more energy efficient system.
- I religiously recycle.
- My family and I volunteer through my company’s philanthropic volunteer group to do beach and park clean ups.
- I drive an electric vehicle.
Just curious to see if all of the liberal “environmentalists” are doing their part.
Consumes more energy than it saves. We long ago figured out sound landfill methods. People love recycling because it involves no sacrifices and no change in lifestyle. Now, ask them to give up their new five bedroom dream home and truly "recycle?" Not a chance.

The only thing that can save us is geo-engineering.
Geo-engineering is not the end all be all. People and countries have to mitigate and adapt as well. The problem, in my opinion, is cost. Countries can only incentivize so much.
The beauty of our view is that we don't actually have to agree that there is such a thing as imminently harmful human caused global warming. Regardless of that, we know the climate does change over the millenia. Even if there is no global warming, a new ice age will come, and that would totally suck. So, either way, humans will have to learn to engineer the world like we engineer a house if we are to keep developing as a species.
I have yet to hear a climate proposal from the Left that isn't a social engineering program disguised as an earth engineering program. If we implement a geo-engineering program which has the primary goal of transferring wealth from first world nations to third world nations, that geo-engineering program will obviously fail of its both its public goal (saving the world) and its secret goal (making every thing fair).
They have nothing to do with emissions of carbon dioxide, and everything to do with emissions of sulfates in the stratosphere.
Maybe you are using the term to mean something specific (sulfates, muzzle velocity, whatever). I use it to mean anything that needs to be done to stop the natural climate cycles and keep the climate in a human-optimal zone.
