Is CA going to end up being an athletic association by itself? How long will the universities allow it to go on since other NCAA schools will not be allowed to play CA schools? Seems like another idea CA is trying to push off on the rest of the country.

The law allows college athletes to profit from their name, image and likeness... and a lot of other states are primed to follow suite. The mind boggles at the possibilities. Might signing days involved also signing endorsement contracts from wealthy boosters and/or corporations marketing their products? Will players be allowed to have agents to promote them and negotiate their deals? What's the impact on transferability? Will USC's prospects radically improve because of the huge SoCal market? How about the Irish with our "national" brand? And will Alabama suffer because of its smaller more regional market and relatively poorer alums and boosters?
and other similar teams. Your Market and whether you are a national Brand would drive everything. It’s an interesting idea. We know lots of programs cheat so why not just bring everything into the open. I can’t think of any teams that would benefit more than Notre Dame and Southern Cal. New York doesn’t really have any viable college team (maybe ND?) so the LA and Chicago markets would be on top.
