I wonder whether "swing" and "undecided" are necessarily the same, -- the former showing up regardless to vote, .... the latter maybe not showing up to vote.
My sense is that if swing voters do exist, it is about the ground game -- Rs getting their voters to the polls (and suppressing Ds from voting) vs Ds getting their folks to the polls.
