Not that I dislike him but he has a couple of extreme policies that won’t let him get that far.
What will be important is his backing of the eventual nominee. He’ll need to get his rabid supporters to 1, get behind him with backing and 2. Not disrupt the mojo of that nominee.
Seriously - a gentleman's bet of $100 to the charity of the winner's choice?
is about.
I strongly believe he's going to end up as the democrat's candidate. That's the part that I was interested in a wager on.
It's my own personal "Heads you win, tails I lose".

so much like Trump did as he went along with his campaign. Not that the two are alike -
At first I was sure Trump could be seen as the buffoon he is, but that was what was embraced
by the Trumpytes. He sold out his country for profit the exact way he started out but with no ideas, vision or policies,
and now we have on the opposite end of the spectrum, Bernie who is touting giving much of it away
though, he has some good policy ideas - Universal HC and all medical issues combined.
Taxing all corporations and taking away their rights as citizens. There are a few others.
His immigration ideas are wacky.
And I definitely see the parallels to this stage of the game with the 2016 G.O.P. Primary. I think everyone -- regardless of affiliation -- kept waiting for the Trump Hype Train to finally lose steam and for the "real" candidates to separate themselves, but it just never happened. And I'd bet that many democrats were quietly cheering for Trump, because it seemed obvious that he'd get bowled over in the general election and would make an easy opponent for Hillary. Instead, his bombastic campaign brought out voters at a high-percentage clip (or at least higher than most expected).
I'm worried that we're seeing the same thing with Sanders this go-round, and I don't get why the G.O.P. would be cheering for him.

cannot handle disappointment. Unfortunately the democrats of today are not like the democrats of the past, in that they act and react to issues emotionally with little common sense and logical thought, sort of like the Tea Party types that are in the Republican arena. Also in the case of the Tea Party types, they seem to be getting to be less and less power.

no matter how much Bernie does to support another candidate I’m not sure Bernie plays along this time when he clearly knows how much the Dem establishment and media opposed him. He will be vindictive. And his supporters will not take another rigged nominating process.

Either way Trump wins. The Dems deserve this situation. They had three years to promote a candidate to beat Trump and look at their situation.
OK. Maybe pussy is too strong. I was thinking about how he never fought back when they stole the nomination before.
He is, if nothing else, a strategic voter. He knows what he wants, and he knows that even if the current nomination is taken from him again, the final Dem nominee will position the country more towards his views, so he will support that candidate. He may extract some power within the party to do that, though. If he negotiates hardball, he can really gain some concessions to provide his endorsement. If he goes 3rd party, Trump definitely wins. We'll know if he is a pussy or not, if he endorses without getting something out of it.
He might see himself as the father of a socialist party. He’s a true believer. I doubt it will get far but he’s got 25% of the Dems supporting him.
If he wants to effect change in his life time, he will have to do it within the Dem party.
If he is willing to allow the GOP to have control for the next 1-3 elections, he could force a significant restructuring on the left, which might lead to his party replacing the existing Dems. But, that would also change the GOP. Would be a very interesting next 20 years during all that change. Previous transitions took that long, but maybe things would change faster in the information age.
And how will they screw Bernie out of it this time? And mojo, that is way too funny. The only mojo any of them are riding is giving away everything for free and opening the borders.
This one you’ll really Like.
noun: mojo
a Cuban sauce or marinade containing garlic, olive oil, and sour oranges.
And just post some senseless bullshit. Very typical of you.
Know the definition before you post.
And still no answer. Good job.
