The Boy Scouts bankruptcy cut off a key recruitment vehicle and thus did a lot of that work for him.
I'm a bit surprised that I haven't read anything from Dan Savage about attempts to give Pence a fatal illness or whatever is festering inside him by licking doorknobs (pun unintended), or sneezing n keyboards, or spreading other bodily fluids around the White House.
