Until this week.
I can't remember why it took this long, but I missed it when it first began and never had the opportunity to catch up.
It has been on Netflix for a while too, but again it was consistently passed over.
I finally started it last week, and the addiction was immediate. Tonight I finished the final season, and chased it with El Camino.
It is easily the best television show ever created, and it's not even close. If you're a poor schmuck like me and somehow let this slip by, do yourself a favor and binge on this while we're trapped inside. I'm going to watch it all again soon.
Fast forward through Marie Schrader scenes. Even Hank can be tedious at times (the hospital scenes and rock collecting). That said, I've watched the whole thing three times through.
best ever.

Twin Peaks, while not perfect, made TV rethink itself. Quirky worked.
Curious why it was so short lived. Maybe because our uber-materialistic early 90s culture wasn't ready for it?
1. The first season was brilliant for its time. Like nothing that had ever been on TV before. In that regard it was ground breaking. To go back and watch it now though, you will realize there are dozens of shows like it so it won't seem so fresh and different.
2. It was originally envisioned to be a limited series and it should have stayed that way. Once ABC asked them to string out the story lines it kind of wobbled to an ending. I think if Lynch had just told the whole story in one season it would have been much better.
Ditto looking up whatever became of the insanely hot brunette.
I place Fargo in the same stratosphere, albeit each season of Fargo has different characters.
You should watch Better Call Saul. Same writer-producer as BB.

I have also never had a cup of coffee.
Never saw those TV shows you mentioned. Nor the Apprentice.
Tall and black...
Does GOAT have you on ignore?
Honestly, Kyle, get on that! I hereby nominate you and Cheeks and Corky to form the three-person committee, though it will be up to you to track down Corky.
That said, its absence allows me to start a debate about how in the world Knute is not in the UHND Hall of Fame. What do you think the chances are that Woodstock will bite on this? I'd say roughly the same as red carpet in a whorehouse.
And, for the record, I haven't seen a single episode of the Sopranos, The Wire, or Mad Men.
I have seen two episodes of Game of Thrones, though, so I'm good there.
Don't like the smell and don't like drinking hot liquids, period. Was even, pardon the pun, lukewarm on hot chocolate.
You live in winterland...you have to have a hot drink you like, right???
Learned to drink coffee at my all boys high school in the morning...all the cool kids did it. Not the worst "cool" habit to pick up.
I'll bet you root for John Bull over Uncle Sam, don't you?

Diet soda runs close to those top two.

We were watching Lingo one time (yeah, sue me), and they went to that short segment where the contestants introduce themselves and share interesting facts about themselves. The female contestant's fun fact about herself was that she had never had a cup of coffee. Chuch Woolery paused and then said, "I guess you find that more interesting than I do," and her face turned red.
So, if I ever meet Chuck, you know what I will tell him right off the bat.
They used to not issue MRE heaters. I ate a lot of cold food.
When the trucks pulled up with hot food and drink, I took everything they offered, even if it was something I didn't used to like...and I loved it all. It was such a luxury. I still eat cooked carrots now, and I never would have touched them before I was in the service...but they always seemed to have frickin' cooked carrots on those damned (blessed) food trucks.
Steam them til they are just cooked but still firm then toss 'em in this concoction:
1/2 stick of real butter melted
1 TBSP Lime Juice
1 TSP Ground Ginger
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Ground Himalayan Pink Salt & Black Pepper to finish
My kids ask for seconds on carrots when dad makes 'em.
Side note: seemingly everyone overcooks and under seasons/spices vegetables. Even high end restaurants are guilty of this at times.

Finished it in 2 months.
