I'll answer it succinctly: no, very few, if any, GOP congressional candidates will break ranks with Trump. The bulk of them are in sold red areas and for most of the others, doing so would alienate their base.

Of course all of it could change, Biden emails could be leaked by Russia, Comey could reinsert himself into the picture, Biden could become as unlikeable as Hillary, or Biden could significantly just feck it up. But if you are betting on another 2016, I would suggest you are the one in error.
people are concealing their plans to vote for Trump than in 2016. I can't imagine the effect the madness is having on many of those folks, along with others who may not be terribly political, yet are horrified by what they see on the news. The Trump campaign now has endless material with which to connect the madness to the Dems. Many others have said this, but I would swear they're really working for the Trump campaign.
