On reparations, which will absolutely happen in the first 100 days of Biden's presidency.
Spoiler alert: it has nothing to do about the transfer of money but the impact to the individual.

Next question: Does this mean we can hold the children of illegal immigrants responsible for the illegal acts of their parents or grandparents?
If the answer is "no" in one case, and "yes" in the other case...and the only reason for the difference of answer is who happens to be in power at the time the question is asked, do we really have a Republic based on the rule of law?
Wtf happened to you?

That’s just more scare tactics. It’s another attempt to consolidate the Trump base with fear of an ascendant black America.
No more suburbs! Riots and crime! Reparations!
He is running on fear. Totally healthy for the republic. Gonna make the transition smooth as silk.
End of it?
Reparations are objective #1 when possible. It's pretty obvious.
Coleman Hughes is a leftist who happens to be black and also happens to be really fucking smart.

They are clearly trying to boost rube turnout through fear.
Many campaigns try to widen their appeal; they have given up on that. Maximize MAGA turnout, by any means necessary.
Pay no attention to the fact that all of the things he bitches about have fared much worse under his mismanaged tenure.
And he testified before Congress, (insert pejorative appropriate).

Scare tactics seems to imply that the source of the fear is false. I don't think that is the case here. That was my dispute.
Trump didn't make up the reparations thing as a sort of false fear mongering. It is being introduced in Congress. The Left is pushing it. It is reasonable for it to be a campaign issue. The reason you want to downplay it is because it is a bad idea regarding which we should all be scared (or, perhaps just very concerned). And, it is proper for the Right to talk about it because of that. That is not "scare tactics."
You can't say, "Reparations will never happen, so ignore what the Left says when they promise them." You tried that with the statues, and you were wrong. You may be wrong with reparations, as well. After all, the Obama Administration gave some to black farmers. Again, not scare tactics.
