As horrible as that September day was, it forced the United States to better coordinate our intelligence gathering and intelligence coordination between our agencies.
The Department of Homeland Security was established.
Our sovereignty and democracy are currently under attack by Russian and Chinese bad actors, as we sit 53 days out from the November election.
Never forget. Indeed.

patriotic and what is wrong with that? Even you should appreciate during the debates how Trump answered Ted Cruz's question about being a "New Yorker" by giving a completely unrehearsed perfect answer about how all of New York came together. That answer drew applause even from Cruz. Do you think the left currently cares? I can just see that ass Omar laughing all day today.

and pretty much anyone with a shred of common sense knows this.
Your response was the typical response of a partisan hack. Par for the course.
It's sickening how low he's gone with his partisan nonsense.

Russian interference helped Trump in 2016. He welcomed it.
The threat remains active and ongoing in 2020. He has not done squat in 4 years to confront the threat. He has rewarded Russia, and as we saw in Helsinki, Trump took Putin’s word over US Intelligence.
Calling out Trump for failing to defend our sovereignty is not political. Quite the contrary.
Defending Trump and denying reality is political. Or just plain stupid.
Yet you tag along because "Trump." Spare us the lecture about country over party.

Consumed by politics, no critical thought, no nuance, just regurgitation of the narrow views and news that feed his fear and insecurities. Sad.

NEVER FORGET
US Steel building was a possible target.
When we heard the plane went down with no survivors in Shanksville there was no sigh of relief.
They were our brothers and sisters.
I knew 3 people who perished in the WTC
Very somber day for me

He believes she is in Heaven.
I believe he is right.
Thanks for the kind thoughts.
It’s been a somber week.
This day along with Vets day is when I hear from lots of family and brothers I dont get to see.
It's a great feeling, really glad mass was good for you.
