The majority of the NYPD is now made up of minority officers. It is statistically impossible for them to make arrests/stops, etc that reflect the proportion of minorities in the city (e.g. City is 25% black, only 25% of arrests are black people). Yet that is what DeBlasio and other abject morons want them to do.
