He will end up paying a shitload of taxes once he sells the properties.

He repeated his outright lie about still being under audit - 4 years later.
His cult will not give one shit.

Indeed, the Romney story involved fake news about non-payment of taxes...a pure fabrication by Reid (admitted by him) on the floor of the Senate. In other words, a bald faced lie. But, now, we are expected to believe the Dems on this with regard to Trump. Try something new, why don't you?
the brush you use to make yourself feel better.
It's as if this might be the first irregularity ever reported about Trump, as if this guy has been a saint up until the "fake media" changed how they look at him.
This is a guy who cannot legally develop another charity because he used his last charity fraudulently - same guy who backed a "fake" university under his name
to scam starry eyed gullible people out of their savings and earnings to the tune of millions of dollars - same guy who took lowly contractors to court so he
didn't have to pay them for their work - same guy who all American banks won't lend money to because he doesn't pay back his loans, instead he sues the
banks - same guy who bankrupted his casino in NJ and begged off from paying his debts.
And you're on here betting the NYTimes story is false.
(a sarcastic) Good one.
Granted, most of the other stuff is single anonymous source fabricated BS by the media who want to be duped. Not really mistakes.

There’s an actual factory in the US which churns out false Trump information and feeds it to the media for reporting. Rohm Emanuel and Peter Stzok head this political machine.
Trump’s only faults lie in his brilliance and munificence. Now everyone wants to tear him down. It’s the path all great leaders must walk - ask Idi Amin.

While I can’t access your story, I will assume that it involves “anonymous sources”, and that it was being held in reserve by the yellow journalists of the NYT for just this occasion of maximal impact.
I’m also sure that it relies on the Public’s ignorance of tax loopholes used by all of the wealthy - including the Clinton’s, Biden’s, and Pelosi’s.
But even so, this lacks the pizzazz of your Access Hollywood tape.
Easy political fix for Trump: release the tax records to the voters.
Get used to reading more and more stories over the next few weeks.

....I know exactly how many levels of certified CPA’s these tax documents go through before they are approved, and the client is asked to sign them.
I also know that the govt has already vetted and cleared these returns privately as part of the approval process for the POTUS job.
This is about generating class envy among the ignorant for the election. If you don’t want deductions, change the laws......but then be willing to accept the loss of revenue as wealth moves away to greener locations.
I am quite sure that your personal tax practices are worse than Trump’s when taking into consideration the vastly lesser estate comparison.
Nobody but libs who already suffer from TDS care about this story.

Baron, what "approval" is needed to assume the office besides getting the most electoral votes?
Something might move the needle. After 4 years of the "walls closing in" people have tuned this crap out.
Bigger issue is the damn Rams freaking letting the Bills toss them around all afternoon!!! Idiots!!!
China, Russia and Ukraine. Who ever leaked his tax records should be sentenced to jail.

Trump is your anonymous source.
But hey, just take his word that he he is a “really successful businessman” who has super clever tax lawyers.
Are you aware the IRS audit is about a $72 million tax refund?
Don’t ask. Don’t tell.

If so, that's not a negative in any way. Assuming it was all within the context of the tax code. Unless I hear this complaint from someone who voluntarily pays more tax than they owe, I don't want to hear it. If we went to something like a flat tax or national sales tax, we wouldn't need to worry about it.

And never mind where his $450 million in loans came from, — loans that are coming due.
Should voters know whether a sitting President might have a conflict re his duties to the nation vs his financial interests?

Nothing bothers me more than tax cheats who write off personal expenditures as “business expenses.”
Did Hitler take a lot of tax deductions?
The Times refused to turn over the documents on which their reporting is based "to protect their sources." Sounds like more anonymous sourcing nonsense.
Bad week for Dems so I'm guessing we'll start to see more and more of these types of "articles" and it'll change very little. Those that love Trump won't change their opinion as long as he continues to do Trump things. Those that hate him will continue to hate him.
