why didn't they want to play nice and accept the outcome of the election? No is your answer. The republicans will fight every inch of the way.
No acceptance here.

and then maybe put someone in the WH and expect to "heal the country". You guys NEVER accepted Trump nor his base. Maybe you don't look down your nose at us (which is up for debate) but there are a few on here that do. It's something that I know will not be easily forgotten. Biden will be treated by many the same way you guys treated Trump.
And if you think the radical groups out west are going to accept Biden too, you're crazy. They have already proved they don't. The pandering to them did not work. If he takes office, he will be the target like Trump is now.

local paper but I am not going to plaguerize it. Hell according to this I cannot spell plaguerize.

It is so ironic how some on here are currently acting. The hypocrisy is rampant. I think the assholes know who they are
conor will now pretend none of that happened...of course. "Rules for thee, but not for me," is his mantra. Morals are just something to be used to slow down your political opponent.
Hold your political enemy to their own standards, and the higher the standard they have, the less likely they will hold to it, and the more disdain you can have for them. Yes...save your highest level of disdain for those who have the highest standards, because they are most likely to fail to live up to those standards.
.
Trump received 70+ million votes. Everyone recognizes that strong show of support.
Yet, the perceived scope of "the divided nation" is far greater than the actual scope of our differences.
Trump ran and governed by dividing us. That style of leadership has a shelf life.
Joe Biden will receive more votes than any candidate for President in US history. There is a reason why church bells rang in Paris upon hearing that "America is back."
Biden will never make it about him. Consistent w/ everything he has said, he will be America's President. "That's the job."
Leadership and tone matter. Over time, people will be less inclined to be divisive. Disagreement and dissent are healthy, but confrontation and obstruction merely for the sake of party loyalty is counterproductive over time.
So stop with the victimization nonsense and the gang warfare rhetoric. It is all in your head.
I get the sense that a segment of those Americans who voted for Trump, were actually relieved when Biden won, especially with the GOP keeping the Senate.
Americans grow weary of the tension, the noise, the stone throwing. Substantive debate and dissent are welcome. There is a difference.
he has a short one. Half life that's it I think.
we will never stop till you and your kind are wiped off the face of the earth. Even if there war.

Biden will at least offer some bipartisanship. Orange offered zero. If the cultists don’t want it so be it.
I just don’t want the Trumpies to intentionally gum up the transition which Obama did NOT do by the way.
to pass, the college thing aimed at strengthening education and achievement.
I mean honestly. It was made abundantly clear by the Dems they wanted nothing to do with him and refused to deal with him on anything. From day one they were banging on about impeachment. Kinda hard to be bipartisan when one side walks in the door flipping the double bird.
Was there an olive branch that got missed over 4 years? Seems like a hooker with a heart of gold revisionist history.
But yes, both stances will harden and a contested election due to shenanigans won't help either. Good times!
Could have been a Wall for dreamers deal. Trump said no.
Plus an additional 1.1 million of illegals that had yet to apply that Pelosi rejected before he even offered it up and Schumer called hostage taking?
e it. Anything less, don't even put it in front of me.
about "gang rhetoric". Disagreement is very healthy. Burning and looting when disagreement happens isn't. What would have happened if Trump won, would there have been riots and looting? Remember, there was a reason stores in democrat area were boarded up.
Like Connor Chris ND521 frank lehigh who did nothing but call trump supporters racist, fascist rubes the stupids blah blah blah now preaching unity.
For 4 years they have been complete and total dickheads. Held their breath and stomped their feet. Drummed all manner of false allegations. Called his wife a prostitute. Maligned and libeled everything and everyone around the man. Had a compliant media to help facilitate and spread lies and mistruths. To now have the unmitigated gall to say "stop being a victim" and get on board!
A smidge of self awareness would go a long way to that end. Healing is a long way off with this persistent attitude. Millions of people. Millions of the stupids. Until something changes.....tough sledding. Resistance should be expected.

and getting behind and supporting the POTUS, whomever it may be, and whatever party is in power. NOT THIS TIME, not after those assholes did what they did to Pres Trump the last 4 yrs, topped off by the fraudulent impeachment process, while a pandemic was looming....I dont care if its hopeless, I want Pres Trump to pursue every legal hurdle he can possibly think of, and fight this vigorously....With 70 million votes, he still represents a very powerful voice in the Republican party, and I hope he tweets away with that voice the next 4 yrs
change anything but I still don't think the media gets to have the final say in any election. We'll see what happens in the courts. As Gov Noem said yesterday, Gore had 37 days to fight and the media loved every minute of it. Now they don't want to give Trump the same respect.
Trump will not go away and I fully expect Twitter to suspend him from the platform, quickly. Should be an interesting couple of weeks.
