director, saying that it had objectionable content (it didn't, and in fact has the same content on it that it has always had which is directed at raising money for cancer research).
No explanation beyond this was given, and while they had people out there to cancel the page, they say that they are short handed for reviewing the appeal.
$100 bucks says that they have an ignorant regional editor who mistook it with the Right To Life which they have gone after before since it goes against their liberal views.
Time to repeal the Article 230 protections on these guys.
Have you had recurrent FB issues with you neck of the woods?

There are a gazillion Relay For Life pages on Facebook. I just checked.

Baron likes to take issues and turn them into bigger problems that fit his agenda. This wasn't some FB attack on Relay for Life or Right to Life but that is the way he portrayed it.

We said it was a free country when a bakery decided not to bake a cake for someone who's views they didn't agree with. Did you accept that answer then? Or, did you support making the company provide services to both sides of the political issue?
Do you support the apparent goal of FB to silence conservatives, & force them to seek another forum?...so that we have a society in which conservatives and liberals are only allowed to post in their own, separate social media, and not be allowed to communicate online with each other in social media?
Do you want a country in which freedom is curtailed by businesses that way?...only when it curtails freedoms of conservatives?
I made a simple comment that you could choose another path.
On the other hand, perhaps you and Baron jumped to a conclusion and it really was a simple misunderstanding.

It's new and needs to grow, but that's going to have to happen at some point if we want an alternative to FB.
They keep all your data private and don't censor you. That's all good.

There are a ton of "Relay for Life" pages on Facebook. Apparently, Baron's friend's got the boot. On it's face, it seems like bullshit, but not because it had something to do with Relay for Life or liberals, from what I can tell.
I played in a band that warmed up for "Asia" at a Relay for Life event. Sole Survivor seemed like a bad song choice for Asia at that event. But then again, we played "This is a Funeral".
