I also love it when overly broad poll questions are used by a media source to make some point about some issue: "Support for the death penalty has dropped to a decades-low 60%!" Of course, when you ask nuanced questions, you find extremely high percentages in support when there are aggravating circumstances, as in the cases listed in the article.
