Why you think Dr. Fauci, Dr. Jerome Adams, the CDC and the WHO all told us to not bother to wear masks, they don't work? Because they all knew they didn't.

Maybe the dumbest conspiracy theory yet. And that’s a big statement.
ah....the answer is no....

Sure, some of the people who get run over by buses would have died that year anyway. They were, after all, too slow to get out of the way of the bus.
But the bus was the cause of death.
That's how this works, see?
those numbers up to increase the fear you love. No insert your dumbass 9/11 comparison here. You're rubbing off on Frank, he just pulled the Vietnam war into this.

I can't wait for your "died of cancer but C19 is listed as the cause of death" post.
He has a strong case though by history with his prediction that this was the flu and sniffles that wouldn’t kill 4K.

Not rising for the bait is a sign of maturity.
Try responding to that.
Besides, we see far more than those numbers die in those age groups every single year from other causes and we don't freak out about it. The Viet Nam statistic is hollow.
More importantly, COVID is an amateur level pandemic. Think about this: The "Spanish" influenza pandemic of 1918–1919 caused well over 50 million deaths worldwide (that would translated to several hundred million today). Moreover, an estimated one third of the world's population (or ≈500 million persons) were infected and had clinically apparent illnesses (1,2) during the 1918–1919 influenza pandemic. The disease was exceptionally severe. Case-fatality rates were >2.5%, compared to <0.1% in other influenza pandemics .
Now... did we shutdown society and crush our economy and destroy our children's futures back then in response to the Spanish flu?
Naw! We let nature take its course and defeated it the same way humanity has always defeated viruses... herd immunity.

take it's course (pay special attention to the photo of a newspaper front page regarding the multitude of "closures").
If you're to be taken seriously about the "death is a part of life" comment, I'm hoping you can tell us that you've pocketed a fair amount of money and sworn off ever seeing a doctor again, for any reason...otherwise, the words "hypocrisy" and "gadfly" come to mind.
On a more serious note, the annual mortality rate for both Influenza and Pneumonia is on the order of 60K (per CDC), while COVID-19 deaths are over 330K, with only ~15% of the population exposed to the virus, so we've got the potential of 1.5M deaths if we 'let nature take its course'...does this move your needle?...oh, and don't forget the logical addition of non-COVID deaths due to overrun hospitals with completely exhausted doctors, nurses and staff.

the Spanish flu infected 500M and killed 50M...indiscriminate of age...no comparison to COVID
Continuing to repeat the same inane statement that death is part of life means nothing. The issue is whether the death is preventable. Under your thinking why should we cure early cancer cases? They are only going to die anyway, sometime. We are all terminal under your theory. A facetious argument.
The Vietnam analogy is particularly apt cause it was a completely unnecessary war. All of those other cause of death were around back then also. But the war dead was an unnecessary addition to those as is the amount of the toll here. It also took over 10 years to kill that many. This happened in 9 months.
COVID is also hardly an amateur pandemic. it’s likely to kill between 400-500 million Americans in 18 months. There are also the hundred of thousands who were seriously ill with it requiring hospitalization. The long term consequences for those remain to be determined.Other than 1918-1920, there has been nothing like it. There were also many restrictions and mandates put on the population back then including quarantines and masking requirements. Where those steps weren’t taken there were more dead. It wasn’t just a race to herd immunity, and your post is dishonest for suggesting it.
Finally, society isn’t shut down. It’s limping along until we get a vaccine as it would be without restrictions. What can’t you do now other than not go to mass gatherings, and in some places not dine in or drink in at bars and restaurants? Other than that, you can pretty much do what you want and be as stupid as you want to be. Many are taking full advantage. Many jurisdictions don’t even have mask mandates. The prez is throwing a NYE party for over 500 people. Some shut down snowflake. You even have a bowl season and CFP to enjoy.
In short, you are full of shit. That’s not ad hominem, but rather the truth.
Numbers aren't your thing, so it's OK.
to peruse.
Missing such a giant error after three attempts is definitely indicative of such.
But perhaps it's just your unmanly personal terror of covid overwhelming your synapses?
Nahhhh. You're just dumb.
At least COVID restrictions aren’t that hard on you.
