the beginning of the end of the Putin regime?
What is the scenario under which you see a possible beginning of the end of Putin? Although heavy sanctions will not kick in until June 24th are you considering the effect of these sanctions on Putin's ability to wage war on a front from Helsinki in the North to Odessa in the South while still fighting a major engagement in Ukraine. Are you taking into account the losses of men, material and equipment that Putin has suffered at the hands of the Ukrainians that must be refitted before attacking West?
As far as sanctions are concerned, I posted on here back in February that the Euros and we have no concept of the amount of pain that the Russian people will absorb in a war in which Putin will tell them that their survival as a nation is at stake, think WWII.
There is Communist China to consider and whether or not it will support Putin in an all out war not to mention that it might decide to gobble up territory in Russia's East it Russian forces are depleted having been sent to the West. All the above and yet not to mention the mullahs in Iran and the little fat guy in North Korea. By the way, there are a couple of members of NATO that might not be in the all for one crowd. You can do a little research on who they might be, call it an international relations mini-course.
There would seem to be a myriad of scenarios one must consider including both international relations and politics as Eli has posted so, what do you think my friend?
I have no understanding of how mine or any of the comments of those preceding mine relate to your "Stockholm Syndrome," post.

The point being, Russia/Putin has threatened both nations should they join NATO there would be heavy consequences for that act.
Had Ukraine not been attacked by Russia, both nations would never have thought (at least openly) about giving up their neutrality.
Now that Ukraine has been attacked, they are rethinking their position and Putin will have done the opposite of his objective.
More bordering nations are siding with NATO. And I don't think Russia will win this war/invasion with Ukraine so in effect, he's
created a stronger, larger and more determined NATO.
to speak.
In Finland since WWII are ruined by those two feminist leftist prime ministers, history won't be kind to these 2 bitches.
Never trust the leftists on national security. This is true not just to America, this is also true Europe.
but we all know that he's a dumb ass who makes idiotic calculations. Finland actually held their own against the Soviets in 1939. Fuck Russia and Putin!

He has surrounded himself with his flunkies.
And if he is overthrown, he would probably be replaced by another creep.
Nelson Mandela is not walking through that door.
Putin is the leading candidate for two 21st century awards: Stupidest Strategist and Worst Tyrant.
Sure, it's early. But he is out front by a large margin.

...they were never his wayward brothers. Quite the opposite.
May he burn in the flames of hell for all eternity.
