there was a comment by the pope where he says "but I am a priest, what can I do?" The answer to that is you can condemn the aggression, and most of all, you can pray. I suspect he knows this, but he did not say it clearly. He did call for an end to the violence, and he has called out the Russian puppet who was placed in charge of the Russian Orthodox Church - Kirril.
