Because as far as I’ve ever seen, R’s in business and politics always disregard regulations, moral imperatives (DJT, Roy Moore, too many other’s to post) and have a disdain for small businesses.

So, most of them.

I think many actually realize that inflation is largely outside the White House’s control…but they know it will kill the Biden presidency, so it is a small price to pay (literally) to get Trump back in 2024.

It takes years of government profligacy to set off a hyperinlfationary cycle (and sadly, years to bring it under control). Nether Richard Nixon nor Jimmy Carter spent like crasy on Viet Nam and the Great Society. LBJ did that! But Nixon and Carter paid the ultimate price. Trump also spent like crazy, especially during the insane COVID lockdowns... so he could get re-elected. To no avail, because he is a revolting personality (as bad as Nixon!).

We love to preach CAPTIALISM, CAPTIALISM, CAPTIALISM but as soon as the economy doesn't go our way we look to the government. I got news for you folks, no president, congressman or senator is going to policy there way out of this. It will run it's course and whomever is president during that time will take the credit.
