20 FBI agents show up at 7 AM to the doorstep of a guy who prays the rosary outside of an abortion clinic with guns raised.
A year ago, a Planned Parenthood man escorting a woman out after an abortion went over and got right in the face of his child praying with him and began a foul rant. The father of the 12 yr old boy stepped between them and pushed the man away from his terrified child whom he felt was being assaulted, and the man fell down per the Planned Parenthood escort's account.
The city police and the DA declined to file charges after reviewing the situation and claims.
The Planned Parenthood man then filed a private criminal complaint against the prolife man for but the judge threw the case out when the man failed repeatedly to show up to court at the time of the case.
The prolife man recently received a notice that he was being investigated as part of a federal criminal probe. The man hired a lawyer who tried repeatedly to contact the DOJ who did not return calls.
The FBI showed up on the doorstep of his home a year later with 20 agents with guns raised.
The wife asked if they had a warrant, and she says that she was told by the agent at the door that "we are taking (her husband) with or without a warrant".
The man arrested has no criminal history.
Yeah Garland, this is the domestic terrorism that YOU see as a threat to our country? Of course, we know his real goal is to create fear and hesitancy among prolife people to exercise their constitutional rights leading up to many state elections.
I hope Garland is removed from office as soon as possible. Meanwhile, look at the chaos around us that he ignores.

hopefully, this all resolves without any prison sentence, serious fine...or further political posturing.

Then they're guilty as hell. You're becoming like Chris. You don't even pretend there's a double standard, you revel in it.
That he'd choose an article from a far-right extremists' point of view. He would never choose a rag that supported an opinion
that aligned with his far-right views over an FBI report on the arrest.
Buffeting the DOJ statement is something Baron would never do.
Let's take the example of Bill Barr delivering the Mueller Report for the DOJ. He didn't knock Barr's version at all. And that it turned out Barr
lied to the American people it didn't matter because the cause was complete.

I also learned that you have not changed your tactic of posting links that don't address the points in the original post.
informative...like a 72 yr old man being pushed to the ground...twice...and needing medical care as a result?...none of that info was in the OP's link or comments.
What do you make of that and the specific charges/laws mentioned in that statement?
And, you will always defend abortion up to birth no matter what. That much we know about you. So, you will post anything to keep that going.
and all its facets, I'll join you.
For this thread, the DOJ statement explains the "Prosecutor's" reasons for the arrest...now it goes into our "Due Process" which you should be familiar with...no one expects you to side with the DOJ, but at least you now understand why they arrested the man.
It is your sacrament, and you can't tolerate opposition to it.

for. He said without a doubt the DOJ/FBI have been weaponized and politicized. He said in his day, he arrested politicians if they broke the law. Back then, there was no pressure about political ideology. He said it was simple, if they broke the law he arrested them and nobody above his head interfered. There is no doubt two different standards on how people are treated these days. It’s sad that the FBI is no longer trusted. The reality of it is, the rank and file agents are good people. It’s the very top of the organization that’s the problem.

under the changes imposed by Obama. The present day military has been forcefully subjected to diversity goals by both the Obama and Biden administrations with the erroneous propaganda which claims that diversity makes for a stronger force. This is naivete to the utmost and has led o the destruction of the warrior ethos. From the link:
"That study challenged the notion that the private sector opportunities encouraged people to leave the Army, finding that 82 percent of respondents who had left military service did so due to “frustration with military bureaucracy” (including the Soviet-style central planning personnel system); 90 percent believed many top officers would remain if the system was more meritocratic."
Take a look at the front line of recruits with 5 of 7 being female and then think about their roll in combat.
Don't kid yourself, the recruitment problems have worsened:

over time...it's not like Obama was ignoring the DOD...too many issues and factors to delineate here...fortunately, the article doesn't take too long of a read to appreciate.
"Sputnik News"??...what's that all about?...is Putin looking for recruits in CA? ;-)...just kidding, but how did you come across that one?

one minute that there are any Adm Halsey types in the Navy today, any Gen Robin Olds types in the USAF, any Gen Krulak or Gen Carl types in the Marine Corps or any Gen Petraeus types in the Army? These people were warriors and they didn't give a rat's ass about diversity, only get the job done and treat people fair. Just so that there is no mistake about it, linked is a photo of then LtCol Petersen in Vietnam who later retired as a three star Marine general.
of senior...or junior...officers in our military...what you're providing thus far is a very amorphous concern...as for notable examples like Robin Olds, they were tested in air combat in WWII, Korea and Vietnam...today's personnel have not had that challenge...and hopefully won't...so it's not clear that no one would rise to the challenge.
Since you obviously have no problem with African American warriors, I'm wondering what other examples of diversity you are concerned with...is it LGBTQ recruits?...Women?...can you point to specific situations where missions were compromised because such people did not meet their challenges?
In short, help us out with some specificity....
