It was about a game won while playing in the opposing team's stadium at 8pm.
The true part to me denotes a top opponent. Otherwise it's superfluous.
rather than Meadowlands or Fenway or Baltimore or Jacksonville. I define prime time as 8pm Eastern, just like the networks.
Wasn't MSU prime time on the road?
While SC 2012 and Purdue 2013 were after, neither of those teams were good.
The last prime time road win against a good opponent was OK 2012.
Oops, I was wrong. Temple, Purdue, then USC in 2012
USC and Oklahoma in 2012 for ones that actually were difficult.
Remember we went 10-2 last year

Under Ara, Lou, and even Devine I expected ND to win big games on the road. It's what they did then as well as win NC's.

That's not a true home field advantage.
And, yes, I would argue Pitt is different than Temple.
Almost did.
Pitt drew 68,400 last year against ND and 40,000 against Miami and 36,000 against Navy. And last year was an increase of 15% overall home attendence vs 2014.
Pitt is still different as they are a traditionally relevant program with enough talent to be decent on an annual basis in the ACC.
Temple is Temple.
