Notre Dame Football.
Notre Dame needs someone to Champion the program to new heights. A new beginning. I do not believe Brian Kelly is that man.
I don't like him, and he has not been getting it done. That's enough for me. ND has to keep trying Who gives a fuck if it takes 10 more coaches. Let Charlie Weis be the example. Why hope some ass hole is going to change his ways, and suddenly be a good person and great coach.
Give Kelly support, but the first sign of failure or ass hole behavior, kick his ass to the curb, even after game 1 if need be. What is there to lose at this point

The team was doing well for the first time in years. People thought he was a football God. Then the New York Giants rumor started to heat up and ND panicked.
I enjoyed watching him flame out in disastrous fashion after doing all that bragging. But that's beside the point.
Both Chuck and Brian suck ass. End of story
$64 million = a record of 41-49 or a .456 Win%.

I'm getting mixed feelings about how you feel about Brian Kelly. Can you clear them up?

Even Steve Beuerlein, as class an individual as there was, did not get along well with him. He shafted Beuerlein big time. He did change somewhat as his career got later with the Giants but it was too late by then. By the way he should have pulled Odell Beckham out of many games for his behavior but did not have the balls to do so. He was a tough taskmaster in training but as far as behavioral issues with his players he was very mediocre. A very good running back of his out of Boston College got into trouble a lot. I cannot remember his name because he blew his career with his behavior.

play with was horrible. He tried to change what he was and that was his downfall. He should have gone with Evan Sharpley and stayed with his philosophy and eventually worked Jimmy Clausen in, who basically played 2007 with a bum shoulder. Sharpley had swagger and was a good leader. Weis outsmarted himself. By the way I thought Coughlin would have been a good/decent choice.
