I root for ND. I hope BW succeeds.
I also root for Book and Jurko.
The best QB should play.
BW needs to step up or step down.

I hope things changed. He payed his own way on a QB coach. I admire his effort. Which needs to produce results.
Reasonable people may disagree.

Book and Jurko are great kids. Both could win ND a NC. If I have doubts about Wimbush it is because he has underachieved and Pollyannas make excuses for him.
Step up or step down.
You are comically Subaluminati.

I offer a hypothetical which could have multiple answers. The Pollyannas over-react “How dare you” when all they had to do was say “0 %”
The program has a history of poor QB development.
A confidence level hovering around 50/50 is not unreasonable.

Talk about his struggles all you want, but he's still just a young man that is going to play his ass off for ND on the first.
Pointing fingers of blame, before or after a game, is very Brian Kelly-esque. Nice work.

actively involved on the sideline or in the booth, I will say about .8%.
It's a team sport/effort.
One guy throws the ball. One guy needs to do it better.
Of course I root for Brandon.
I hope I am wrong.
I hope he plays lights out.
But we can all agree he needs to step up.
The throws are part of any competent college offense.
This thread was created to create lively discourse.
Mission accomplished.
He's been in the system long enough to be effective.
Nobody should question that we are rooting for him.
We have been all along.
He's long overdue.
May the best QB play.
Enough is enough.
Step up or step down.
If I put people in position and they fail, if I don't improve on their skills and keep them in positions of authority it's my fault. Same with Kelly, you can't only blame the player. After that, it's the coaches responsibility to succeed.
calling out a 56 yr old man, with 30+ yrs in his field, than I do a 21 year old kid. BW isn't calling those plays that he is struggling with, nor has he ever come out in the media and pointed fingers at others for losses.
Wims is not blameless.

Wims has the physical talent. He has the experience. At what point do you say it's in his head?

I hope for Brandon's sake it isn't.
