Stanford was not good. Va Tech has speed that could cause issues. I think ND wins, but not as easy as the Stanford game. 20 - 14

Speed isn't the first thing that comes to mind.
If Kelly can get past the bright lights and Metallica, ND should win going away.

Is this the same woodstockIrish -
Stanford is the most overrated team in the polls.

They are not good. I’m glad. It’ll look good beating the 7th ranked team, but it’s gonna be a blowout. They have played no one, and have looked bad in every game. Which win is impressive?

Pretty sure of yourself huh? I think you are by yourself on that one
This will be our first test since Michigan
Do not look at WF as a barometer of how good we are....
That being said we are 4-0 and #6 or #7......we shall see right?
I was alluding to VT losing to the Monarchs
We should crush VT
They only have 4 games to look at - so throwing out games is a little difficult but when you scout teams, you should throw out their best game and their worst game. I think at the end of the year, if your scouting VT, OD will be the game you toss out. They are better than people think.
and sorry - didn't mean to be a dick. Reading the board - I thought you were one of "those" guys....
The rankings mean nothing to you?
VaTech, Northwestern and Syracuse might all be tougher games.
We could have scored 50 on them but didn't need to because the defense destroyed them in the 2nd half.
It was the type of performance where you start not worrying about the VTs, SYRs and USCs. Yet it's college football...
On paper we should dominate VT.

I guess my point is that VT is capable of winning. It would be unwise for the team to get too confident based on the Stanford win.

Hilarious
Syracuse the same with Clemson. VaTech, Syracuse and NW are all road games against capable teams. Stanford could only muster 17 points against USC and was being blown out by Oregon if not for Oregon imploding. The only reason people were worried about Stanford was because of recent history and coaching.
I know... next week he will fling a casual basketball pass down field for a pick six. I can live with being totally wrong. Just ask those on the Open board,.
He'll regress some, but we have a good one.
Most impressive to me has been his pocket awareness, there were a few times yesterday he should have gotten destroyed by a rusher running free and he avoided it.
