he has done numerous times. I seriously do not get Kelly's infatuation with kicking the ball at the Pylon on kickoffs. I mean has anyone ever seen any consistent advantage come out of a strategy like this... For any team much less ND? Classic idiotic coaching. Put your kids in position to succeed. Stop teaching crap that doesn't work. It's so easy to pick up the low hanging fruit it's frustrating. These are not things Top 5 teams should have to even worry about.

OSU kicks to the corner all the time. But I agree totally with oldirish. Kick the darn ball deep in the end zone every time!
In regards to punt return either rush the punter or block for a return, we do neither, it is just amazing how bad our special teams are.
