after a 12-0 regular season, a playoff appearance and an opening win at night on the road? Or are other good team's fans that stupid too?

And here I thought I was alone out here.
sometimes beat some elite teams. If we don’t do that we are just another meh also ran. Kelly has beaten a grand total of one or maybe two teams that turned out to be elite in the season he beat them and he constantly plays down to the level of his competition. He normally gets blown out by really good teams. I won’t belabor the Navy, S Florida, and Tulsa like losses either. It is what it is, but I hardly feel like building the guy a statue.
10-3 In 2017. Lots of blowouts.
10-3 in 2015 also with a lot of blowouts.
If you replaced ND's name with Clemson on the box score last night and you didn't watch the game, you'd say, "Clemson blew out Louisville on the road."
I think we won 5-6 games by 7 pts or less
That was not a blowout....
6 of 12 regular season games. 5 of 9 games with Book as QB.
To me Kelly is a mixed bag. He has fielded some to decent to good, maybe very good teams. He has yet to field an elite team IMHO. He also had at least two laid egg seasons. It’s not going to change so why worry about it? It also could be a whole lot worse. I’m just not going to make it into something it isn’t.
2 junk TDs doesn't change that

They didn't score two junk TD’s. We led 21-10 at half, 24-10 at the end of three, and won by 24-17. We led the whole way, but it was hardly a blow out.
You'd come on here and say, ND got blown out. Yeah, they had a chance to tie but they were dominated all game.
See Clemson 2015 and OSU 2015.

ND won by 7. I can't see how that one gets categorized as a "blowout."
See, Iowa Hawkeye fans.
He went 12-0 because their schedule matched up much easier than expected. How many elite teams did he beat? When it counted we stunk.
Louisville fumbled 5 times and won all of 2 games last year with one of the worst defenses in the nation. It was a sloppy win but better than a loss.

Essentially we are the Midwest version of Stanford. Decent but not elite. Not the tradition us old folks are use to.

Well done.

Missing is context and the other variables in the equation.
Like I said, well done.
You should live in central Ohio. If the Bucks don't 13 games in a 12 game season the fans are unhappy.

If I lived in Ohio I would not be able to tolerate dissent either CC72...Were you the waterboy for Kelly at Cincinnati?
