I'm not an expert, but I was surprised that there were no two TE sets last week exploiting Tremble's significant speed advantage over the Beast Kmet (who was of course great). Have them both in there, looking like stacking for extra run or pass blocking, but have both release, with Kmet the "decoy" and Tremble running up the middle? I feel like that could have been (one of many) the difference in the game against GA. But more importantly, looking forward, is there a reason this should NOT happen. I know Tremble's blocking is still a work in progress, but he showed himself to have speed and size, and his hands were good.

Looking at that Georgia defense, the bulwark of their strength was in their front seven.
Attacking their secondary was our best option, especially after they lost one of their starting cornerbacks. This is done more easily with an extra WR instead of a TE, and you force them to either play one of their LB's against a WR, or have them take out one of their excellent LB's and sub in a DB.
That being said, their secondary is pretty darn good, despite having lost a starter to the NFL draft, and another one to an injury. They are most likely the best one we'll have seen this entire year.
that played.
I'd love to see a 2 TE set on a regular basis, I remember Weis having a lot of success with it.
