Michigan is arrogant and annoying. usc is Satan.
USC has lost its way... probably because it's so close to Hollywood.
I always respected the Trojans... say back in the John McKay days. By contrast, I never respected Miami. It's just not a major institution. It was the UNLV of football.

Their new presidient is doing the right thing.
She must rein in the football and basketball programs in order to reduce the chance of more scandalous behavior. She's looking out for the good of the larger academic institution. Keeping Helton was the right choice at this time.

Of course that would require bringing in a new coaching staff, which looks like they have failed at by extending Helton. Hard to tell if their new AD is an upgrade either but couldn't be worse than Swann.
