At this time though, Mac Jones from the Crimson Tide looks to be in a better situation. He already has DeVonta Smith and Jaylen Waddle polished and ready to go, and Xavier Williams or John Metchie looking like very capable WR3 / WR4 combos. That, plus RB Najee Harris is back and unfortunately for us, a significant step above the running backs on our roster.
I'm not saying that the article is wrong, it's just that there are just a few too many "if's" on our side of things for me to be comfortable agreeing with Ian Book being the top QB on that list. A lot will change between now and then, and it's simply up to Kelly, Rees, Alexander, and Taylor to squeeze out every last drop of performance possible.
