No knock to Mckinley and Davis. Mckinley definitely has played well enough to deserve time and Davis is talented but moved around too much. I don't think anyone in their right mind would not start Lenzy. He's the most dynamic player we have on offense, without question. Brian makes me scratch my head with every roster he constructs. It's just pure stupidity.
You could make a case for McKinley over Keys, but that's about it.

For all intents and purposes, the starting lineup at the WR position really doesn't mean much.
After all, back in 2017, the starting WR's were:
Freddy Canteen
Cameron Smith
Equanimeous St. Brown
Out of those three, only St. Brown logged significant playing time, given that Canteen was already an injury plagued wreck from the start, and Cameron Smith got quickly replaced by Miles Boykin and Chris Finke.
