He kept the ball in the belly of his RB until the last second. It will be interesting to see how Clark L. approaches this one.
like he has been and Kyren keeps us pumped we will be fine.
(Just easier to type "the freshman" than his name.)
Maybe he is better in ball placement, and his receivers don't have to adjust. But, the frosh threw for a lot of yards against us...hard to imagine Lawrence would have thrown for more.
Lawrence playing in the college game for 30+ starts winning most of them tells us he’s savvy and can be the difference in wins and losses.
However, for a team to have Clemson’s QB problem of too much talent is riches every school would love to have.
do think the next two weeks will help him, I just hope he still makes a couple of mistakes. He is a great talent, who can normally do the things a quarterback needs to do to be great.

12/22 for 195 yards. One TD, one INT. Seemed a little "rusty." I expect he'll be back to 100% (or near it) by the ACC Championship game. But I don't know that he played any better against Virginia Tech than Uiagalelei would have. Maybe not as sharp as the kid would have been.
One of many factors and not saying it will change the outcome, but, realistically, I think one has to presume he is better.

Still think the Irish can do it...but it's a taller order...

I continue to worry that the loss of Jarrett Patterson is going to be an issue. ND's OL was outstanding against Clemson first time around. Need that again.
