Great point about the bouncing punt

and, if used, isn't leveraged correctly...i.e, Lenzy and Keys are the latest. A coach like Urban Meyer or even Holtz would find a way to get those guys 3-5 quality touches a game.

every other year that can contribute early, but that doesn’t mean we have a bench full freshman that could contribute and Kelly is keeping them off the field.
Look what happened with Romeo Okwara, the kid was not ready but had to play as a frosh because there was no one else, he had no business playing
t is used. ND has a handful of guys who can stretch the defense; find a way to use them to do that. When was the last time we saw 2 RB's in the backfield the way Gray and Wood were used? The one constant theme in Kelly's tenure is an offense that doesn't show up against good competition.
we’re watching the same game, Book isn’t blind he can see open receivers but Book and Rees know he can’t make the kind of throws a Kizer like QB can make so Book is not pulling the trigger, Book could complete deep passes but 5 stars would have to align for those while a Kizer like QB may only need 2 stars to align
Rees put together an offense with Books short arm in mind, say we had a Kizer like QB we’d see more receivers and less Tight Ends involved since a Kizer like QB could stretch out a defense and provide more space for play calling

Keys had one nice play. Lenzy didn't get the ball, but I doubt he was full speed. Probably out there as more of a decoy.

backfield with Kyren to give the defense a different look? I just don't think Kelly maximizes the talent he has. Go look at the points other teams scored against Alabama and Clemson. ND should have been able to put up more than 14.

…and no one will be asking what's wrong with tOSU, just like no one asked what was wrong with Alabama in 2018 when Clemson blew them out worse than they blew out ND.
To win it all you need a lot of things to fall in place. This year is Bama's year. Last year was LSU's. 2018 was Clemson's. No one was stopping those teams.
They will always be the most rested team in college football based on a pathetically weak conference and schedule overall
to hate Kelly's unwillingness or Book's inability to throw the ball deep.
I agree that tOSU will score more than ND, but they will give up even more points.
